After graduating, he gained hands-on experience working for several global brands in the coffee and dessert industry, earning the title of Barista (or Coffee Drink Specialist).
Over the years, Fouka excelled in his career but felt the urge to take a different path — a path that led him to uncover the secrets of the cookie world.
